2008 Colonial League Cross Country Championships
The Saucon Valley Girls and Notre Dame Boys captured the 2008 Colnial League Cross Country Championships held on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at DeSales University. Greg Duckloe of Moravian Academy covered the 5K course in 17:17.2 to win the boys individual crown, and Lindsay Kerr, a junior from Northwestern Lehigh, won the girls title in 19:04.7. Complete

2008 Lehigh Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference Cross Country
The Parkland Boys and Emmaus Girls were victorious in the LVIAC Cross Country
League Championships held at Lehigh University on October 14, 2008. Tom Luff of
Emmaus won the Boys individual crown in 16:00.2, and Jess Cygan captured the Girls
individual title, covering the 5K course in 18:01.8. Complete

Mountain Valley Conference Cross Country Championships
The Pleasant Valley Boys edged Stroudsburg while the Stroudsburg Girls edged Pleasant Valley at the MVC Cross Country Championships held at Lehigh University on Tuesday, September 14, 2008. Samantha Klingel of Pleasant Valley won the Girls individual title in 20:26.8, while Amr Aldeen of East Stroudsburg South captured the Boys individual chamionship in 16:48.3. 2008 Bulldog Invitational at Northern Lehigh HS
The annual Bulldog Invitational was held on Saturday, September 20 at Northern Lehigh HS in Slatington, PA. The Exeter Township boys and and Northwestern Lehigh girls won the team titles. Lindsay Kerr from NW Lehigh won the girls individual title in 18:51 and Zach Greth from Exeter Township won the boiys individual title in 16:27. 2008 Mule-Falcon Invite Results
The Muhlenberg Men & Women captured the annual Mule-Falcon XC Invitational

2008 DeSales Centaur Invitational Results
Holy Ghost Prep boys and Downingtown East girls captured the team titles at
the 2008 DeSales Centaur Cross Country Invitational. Jimmy Tarshane of Perkiomen
Valley took the boys individual title and 16:04 and Elizabeth Simpson of Boyertown
was the top runner in the girls race, finishing in 19:25.
